SA-78NCE is a motor servo controlled ultra high speed pipe cutting machine that uses SOCO HTTM tungsten carbide saw blade (TCT) to cut high tension steel pipes and SOCO high-speed steel (HSS) saw blade to cut medium carbon steel pipes and stainless steel pipes. Equipped with 6.5M/8.5M/12.5M automatic back loading racks (MB6/MB8/MB12, Bundle Loading Magazine), motor servo controlled feeding speed, single and double size file rulers (optional), and intelligent i2 operation interface. SA-78NCE can be connected to peripheral processing equipment as an Automation Cells production equipment. Not only can it save labor costs and factory space, but it can also improve production efficiency and precision of pipe fittings processing.

SA-78NCE can saw different appearance workpieces, such as round pipes, round bars, rectangles, and squares. And it can be connected to equipment such as deburring, chamfering, automatic length measurement, and stacking for automated pipe cutting equipment (Automation Cells). For example, after cutting the pipe, it can be connected to:

• Steel brush chip remover (BDB-70) or double head automatic chamfering machine (DEF-FA/76-V)
• Length measurement system (LM-3000)
• Pipe Stacking System (STK-3000)
